After spending many years working as an engineer in the petroleum industry, David began building homes and founded Innovative Home Design. She is an outdoor adventure enthusiast who loves warm, sunny, dry weather. She met her husband, Kieran, while mountain biking in Park City, UT and he somehow convinced her to move to Ontario. They have since added a spunky chocolate labradoodle, Hazel, to their family. She is slowly adapting to the winters and is learning to downhill ski. Shana has been with Quantum Engineering & IHD Design-Build since 2010 and oversees the accounting, sustainability, and health and safety for both companies. She is also a member of the IHD & Quantum Engineering Cycling Team.
