Jacob has completed an undergraduate degree in Engineering Physics at Queen's University, and is now studying architecture with hopes of becoming a qualified architect.

Brad has been with Quantum Engineering since its early beginnings, and has also worked with Innovative Home Design for many years. He has done 3 years of engineering, and is an extremely valuable designer and field representative

Shana Payne, B.Sc., Acctg, Graduate Certificate, Sustainability

Accountant, Health & Safety Coordinator, Sustainability Coordinator

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Shana received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Certificate in Sustainability at Lipscomb University.  She is an outdoor adventure enthusiast who loves warm, sunny, dry weather.  She met her husband, Kieran, while mountain biking in Park City, UT and he somehow convinced her to move to Ontario.  They have since added a spunky chocolate labradoodle, Hazel, to their family.  She is slowly adapting to the winters and is learning to downhill ski. Shana has been with Quantum Engineering & IHD Design-Build since 2010 and oversees the accounting, sustainability, and health and safety for both companies.  She is also a member of the IHD & Quantum Engineering Cycling Team. 

Jason Régimbal, Journeyman Carpenter

Jason worked as a carpenter with our sister firm IHD Design Build, and transitioned into a technical drafting role with Quantum Engineering in 2008.

Kyle Merritt, Architectural Technician, Associate OACETT

Tech Staff

Kyle is a key member of the Quantum team, working as an Architectural Technician. He has developed a particular interest in engineered foundations of all types. He also performs a large portion of the required field reviews for our various projects. He is a young, intelligent individual with a bright future here at Quantum. His interests include paddle boards, outdoor living, and planning and building tiny homes.
